Yes, I would like to participate in your upcoming event and I agree to the following:

  1. Tables are considered reserved only when we receive your full payment or a deposit. So, if you book early, but delay in sending your payment, you might lose out. Receipts will be given the day of the show. Deposits are as follows:

    • 1 6 ft table for $30.00 - 2 6 ft tables for $55
    • 1 8 ft table for $40.00 - 2 8 ft tables for $70

  2. There will be no refunds of table fees, if you cancel one week or less before the show, so please let us know ahead so others can have a chance at renting a table.

  3. Each dealer is responsible for keeping his or her table area clean. It is recommended that dealers bring their own extension cords and power bars.

  4. Please do not leave your table unattended. Neither the management of the show site nor Verne Siebert will be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your property. We will have security on the premises, but your goods are your responsibility. We encourage you to have two people at your table at all times.

  5. I agree to pay for my tables in full before the designated set-up time for the show.
